Opening an account for your child via the internet bank

You can open an account for your child in the internet bank if:

  • You are our customer with access to the SEB internet bank
  • You are a parent
  • Your child is between 7 and 17 years old
  • Your child is a citizen of Estonia with an identity document issued in Estonia

Opening an account for your child via a video meeting
  • Get acquainted with the preparations for the meeting
  • Choose the most suitable meeting type – video meeting or in branch. If the guardian is a SEB customer, the account can be opened in a video meeting, without the need to visit a branch
  • Book a meeting in the most suitable available time.
  • Sign the customer agreement and gain access to the internet bank and mobile app, as well as apply for the child’s card

Financial literacy programme for 9th-12th grade students, where you could access to: trainings about basic skills, financial literacy and banking topics; mentor, who is an expert from SEB to support your personal development; you will become a financial literacy expert in your class, giving lectures to your classmates. The duration of the programme is November 2024 to May 2025.
