Audience pick their favourite soloists at the Estonian National Opera for the fifth year in a row
This year, SEB Pank, Gold Sponsor of the Estonian National Opera, will provide the Audience Awards for male and female soloists as selected by opera-goers for the fifth time.
The winners amongst the Estonian National Opera’s staff soloists will be identified by an audience vote, and each public favourite will be rewarded with 1 300 euros. Opera-goers will be able to cast their votes for their favourites when attending a performance at the Estonian National Opera, until 28 March. This year’s Awardees will be announced at the performance of the opera Rinaldo on 29 March.
“Great collaboration between SEB and the Estonian National Opera has been going on for more than a dozen years already as we have begun to support the Opera as its Gold Sponsor. Everybody likes to receive recognition and praise for outstanding work. The Audience Award is our contribution – in collaboration with opera-goers – as we honour soloists with more than just a resounding ovation inside the hall. Once a year, we select the audience’s favourites. This has now become nothing short of a beautiful tradition,” observed Eerika Vaikmäe-Koit, Head of SEB Retail Banking and Technology Area.
