SEB to service customers at the Post Bank in Kohtla-Järve

As of 1 September 2015, SEB services are available to customers in the Kohtla-Järve region at Post Banks located in the post offices of Kohtla-Järve. In addition to SEB customers, customers of other banks can also use banking services in the Post Bank.

“Instead of bank offices, Post Bank will be offering services in the two post offices of Kohtla-Järve. One of the reasons for the change is the decreasing usage of bank offices. For example, SEB has been sending its customers their new bankcards by mail for years, and other, electronic channels are preferred when making bank transactions. For customers requiring personal service, the main banking services are now available at the Post Bank six days a week, and not only for SEB customers – we can serve customers of all banks at the Post Bank,” commented Toomas Palts, Head of SEB East.

The withdrawal and depositing ATM will remain it its current location in Kohtla-Järve, at Järveküla tee 50; the ATM is available 24/7. The nearest withdrawal ATMs are located in the Selver store (Järveküla tee 68, available 24/7) and at the Grossi Toidukaubad Kalev store (Kalevi 27, open every day from 8 am to 9 pm).

Ordinary bank transactions (incl. cash) can be performed at the Post Bank of the Kohtla-Järve post office (Järveküla tee 50), open from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday, as well as the Post Bank of the Põhja post office (Põhja allee 4), open from 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturday. The service fees of the Post Bank are the same as in bank offices.

The nearest bank office is in Jõhvi, at Rakvere 3a. The office is open from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
