We are closing down the Rocca al Mare branch from 20 December

The last day of business of Rocca al Mare branch is 19 December 2015. The clients of Rocca al Mare are beyond this date welcome at Kristiine and Magistral branches.

“In ten years, the consumer behaviour of the Estonian people has substantially changed. Everyday banking has become a service for which the customers no longer need bank offices. Services are more used via mobile phone or Internet bank. Today, 99 percent of transfers are made via e-channels. Accordingly, we decided to transfer customer service to Magistral and Kristiine branch offices, which have been converted into modern and convenient advisor centres,” the head of SEB North Region, Tõnu Sepp, said.

SEB Kristiine and Magistral branches are open from Monday to Friday from 10 to 19, and on Saturdays from 10 to 16. There will still remain a possibility to deposit and withdraw cash in the ATMs at the Rocca al Mare shopping centre every day from 8 to 23.
