From 1 January 2016, the general terms and conditions of SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus and the terms for SEB Loan Protection coverage will change
AS SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus will amend its general terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of SEB Loan Protection coverage. The new terms and conditions will come into effect on 1 January 2016 and apply to all insurance contracts in effect at that time.

and at all SEB branches Estonia-wide from 1 December 2015.
If the client does not accept the amendments, they have the right to terminate the contract concluded with SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus by 31 December 2015, at the latest. If the client does not notify us of the wish to terminate the agreement, we will regard this as acceptance of these changes and, as of 1 January 2016, the new terms and conditions shall apply to contract(s) concluded with the client.
Key changes in the general terms and conditions
We have supplemented clauses in the general terms and conditions of SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus.
8. The insurer shall have the right to unilaterally amend the general terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of insurance coverage, and the price list. Amendments shall be made available on the homepage of SEB and at SEB branches one month prior to taking effect. The insurer shall have no right to unilaterally change the rates of life insurance coverage in the price list during the term of the contract.

12. The insurer shall have the right to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of insurance, the special terms and conditions of insurance coverage, as well as the price list. Changes shall be made available on the homepage of SEB and at SEB branches one month prior to taking effect. The insurer shall have no right to unilaterally change the rates of life insurance coverage in the price list during the term of the contract.
