Processing of payments on 23 and 24 February 2016
We kindly ask you to pay attention to the times when the payments are made during the holidays.
European Payments
On 23 and 24 February the European payments are forwarded as on any ordinary working day.
Cross-border payments
When making cross-border payments on 23 February, kindly consider the value dates assigned to the payments:
- express payments in EUR, USD and SEK reaching the bank by 15.00, in GBP and RUB reaching the bank by 11.00, in DKK, NOK ja CHF reaching the bank by 13.00 will have a value date as at the settlement date, that is 23 February;
- urgent payments will have a value date as at the following settlement date, that is 25 February;
- the value date of express and urgent payments reaching the bank after the times referred to above will be forwarded by us one day later (that is, 25 and 26 February, respectively).
On 24 February 2015, there will be no settlements of cross-border payments.
When a cross-border payment reaches its beneficiary will depend on the country and on the bank handling that particular payment.
Transfers within SEB Pank
All payments between the accounts in SEB Pank are as a rule processed immediately, however not exceeding one hour.
We draw your attention to the fact that European payments are forwarded only if entered correctly. It is not possible to cancel payments during Estonian holidays.
Transactions with Estonian and International securities
On 24 February there will be no transactions with securities (equities, bonds and fund units, pension funds units). Following countries’ stock exchange are not available for trading: Moscow, Warsaw, Budapest, Prague, Ireland.
We suggest you plan your transactions well ahead and make payments within SEB Pank whenever possible.
