On 15 August 2016 we will effect a change in the price list of AS SEB Pank

The change in the price list means that starting from 15 August the bank may apply an account balance fee of 0.4% per year to the current accounts of legal persons. This will be done, if the balance of accounts of the legal person is more than €1 million. Before establishment of the fee, the bank shall inform the client thereof in person.

The account balance fee will be applied to euros and other currencies as specified in the price list. When calculating the fee, the total balance of all accounts of the client in the respective currency will be taken into account.

However, if the client finds the changes unacceptable, they may terminate the agreement with the bank on 14 August 2016 at the latest. If the client does not inform the bank of their wish to terminate the agreement, it is considered that the client has agreed to the changes.

The change in the price list shall be made available at all SEB bank offices starting from 15 June 2016 and on the website of SEB at www.seb.ee/eng/changes_from_15082016.
