AS SEB Pank is amending the terms and conditions of the Internet Bank for Private and Business
Clients can learn about new terms and conditions at all SEB branches and on the webpage www.seb.ee/eng/terms-and-conditions as of 13 July 2016.
Main changes are the structure and wording of the terms and conditions, also blocking access, removing the block of access to the Internet Bank and termination of the agreement.
The new terms and conditions will take effect on 15 September 2016 and will apply to all agreements valid at that time. If a client does not accept the new terms and conditions, they can terminate the agreement they had concluded with the bank. In this case, we ask our clients to turn to one of our branches by 14 September 2016 at the latest. If a client has not notified the bank of wanting to terminate their agreement by this date, they are deemed to have accepted the new terms and conditions, and the new terms and conditions will apply to the client as of 15 September 2016.
