As of 1 November 2016, the terms and conditions of the SEB Pension Agreement and SEB Lifelong Pension will change
AS SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus will be changing the terms and conditions of the SEB Pension Agreement and the SEB Lifelong Pension. The amendments shall take effect on 1 November 2016 and apply to all insurance agreements valid at that moment.

In case a client does not agree with the amendments, they may terminate the agreement concluded with SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus by notifying SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus thereof by 31 November 2016 at the latest. If a client has not notified of their wish to terminate their agreement, they shall be deemed to have accepted the amendments and the amended terms and conditions shall apply to their concluded agreement(s) as of 1 November 2016.
The most important changes in the insurance terms and conditions of the SEB Pension Agreement
- We specified and coordinated the wording and structure of the SEB Pension Agreement;
- The term “insurance payment” was replaced with “payment”;
- The term “technical profit” was replaced with “profit”;
The most important changes in the insurance terms and conditions of the SEB Lifelong Pension
- We specified and coordinated the wording and structure of the SEB Lifelong Pension;
- The amount disbursed to the beneficiary during the warranty period is paid out as a one-time payment;
- The clause regarding disbursements was specified;
