Notification regarding the assets distributed from SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund

AS SEB Varahaldus (registry code 10035169, seat and postal address at Tornimäe 2, 15010 Tallinn, Republic of Estonia) announces that the assets of SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund are distributed among unit holders after its liquidation as follows:

• payments to unit holders are made in money;
• the amount payable on every unit in money is EUR 12,42148;
• in order to calculate the amount payable to a unit holder, the number of their units is multiplied by the amount payable on a unit and the result is rounded off to one euro cent (i.e., two decimal places);
• the payment is transferred to the unit holder’s current account in AS SEB Pank on 25. October 2016, at the latest.

After the cash payment has been made, the fund unit shall be deleted from the unit holder’s securities account.

If it is not possible to make a payment to the unit holder by the date stated above, the money will be deposited to the fund’s depositary (i.e., AS SEB Pank). In order to receive the deposited cash amount, we kindly ask the unit holder to visit the nearest SEB branch. We kindly ask you to bring along identity document and in case of representing the unit holder, authorisation document.
