Making payments during the holidays on 23 and 24 February 2017
We kindly ask you to pay attention to the times when the payments are made during the holidays.
Transfers within SEB Pank
All payments between the accounts in SEB Pank are as a rule processed immediately, however not exceeding one hour.
European Payments
On 23 and 24 February the European payments (incl European express payments) are forwarded as on any ordinary working day.
Cross-border payments (except European payments)
We kindly ask you to pay attention to the cut-off times for making cross-border payments on 23 February due to shorter working hours.
No cross-border payments are processed on 24 February.
Cut-off times for payments
Cross-border payments (except European payments) sent to us on 23 February will be forwarded by us to correspondent bank as follows:
- Ordinary payment will be forwarded on 28 February;

Urgent payment sent to us
− the latest at 11 a.m. will be forwarded on 27 February;
− after 11 a.m. will be forwarded on 28 February. -
Express payment sent to us
− the latest at 11 a.m. will be forwarded on the same day;
− after 11 a.m. will be forwarded on 27 February; -
European express payment sent to us
− the latest at 5.45 p.m. will be forwarded on the same day;
− after 5.45 p.m. will be forwarded on 27 February;
The time when a cross-border payment reaches its beneficiary will depend on the country and on the bank handling that particular payment.
We draw your attention to the fact that European payments are forwarded only if entered correctly. It is not possible to cancel payments during Estonian holidays.
Transactions with Estonian and International securities
On 24 February there will be no transactions with securities (equities, bonds and fund units, pension funds units). Following countries’ stock exchange are not available for trading: Moscow, Warsaw, Budapest, Prague.
Mobile payments are processed also during holidays
Mobile payment is credited immediately to the beneficiary also during the weekends and holidays. Mobile payment can be effected between accounts of banks offering the service (currently SEB and Swedbank).
