Notice to unit holders of SEB Growth Fund, SEB Active Fund of Funds, SEB Dynamic Fund of Funds, and SEB Balanced Fund of Funds

AS SEB Varahaldus (registry code 10035169, seat and postal address Tornimäe 2, 15010, Tallinn, Republic of Estonia) announces that the assets remaining from the liquidation of SEB Growth Fund, SEB Active Fund of Funds, SEB Dynamic Fund of Funds, and SEB Balanced Fund of Funds will be distributed between unit holders.

Payments to unit holders will be made in money;
The amount paid per unit is:
- SEB Growth Fund: 5,89312 euros;
- SEB Active Fund of Funds: 8,90952 euros;
- SEB Dynamic Fund of Funds: 9,91869 euros;
- SEB Balanced Fund of Funds: 11,39820 euros;
The total amount paid to the unit holder is calculated as follows: the number of units owned by them in the respective fund is multiplied with the amount paid per unit in that fund and this result is rounded with one euro cent accuracy (i.e. two decimal places);
The payment will be made to the unit holder’s current account in AS SEB Pank by no later than 17 May 2017.

After the payment is made, the fund units will be deleted from the unit holder’s securities account.

If it is impossible to make the payment to the unit holder by the above-mentioned deadline (for example, the client’s account in SEB is closed), it will be kept in their favour in the fund’s depository (i.e. in AS SEB Pank). To receive this sum of money, the unit holder must turn to a branch of SEB. In this case, the person must bring with them an identity document. If they are representing the unit holder, they must also have a document certifying the right of representation.
