Global Finance named the digital solutions of SEB the best in Estonia
For the fourth consecutive time, Global Finance named the digital solutions of SEB the best in Estonia in both, private client and business client, categories. The same award was given to SEB in Latvia and Lithuania.
“Digital banking services are a substantial part of banking. The clients use more and more smartphones and tablets which makes these the fastest growing service channels. In recent years, SEB has significantly invested in the innovation of digital solutions. Starting from spring, our clients can use the remote advisory service, remotely open a banking account, we have updated our mobile-app and improved our web environment. Every one of our developments are constantly being perfected. To provide world-class services to our clients, we must keep up with the ever-changing needs of our customers as only client centred approach can ensure the development of the best products,” commented Head of Retail Banking and Technology of SEB Estonia Ainar Leppänen.
Global Finance evaluated banks with the best digital solutions for the 18th consecutive time. Important factors being considered for this include the overall quality of the service, the reach of the services and the client-activity, direct benefits for the clients, design and functionality of mobile and web banking and the growth of clients using digital solutions.
Global Finance selects best banks in Europe, Northern and Latin America, Asia, Africa, Middle East and the Pacific Ocean region. The regional and global winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London in October.
