AS SEB Varahaldus announces amendments in the terms and conditions and prospectuses of funds

AS SEB Varahaldus (SEB Varahaldus) announces amendments in the terms and conditions and prospectuses of the SEB Conservative Pension Fund, the SEB Optimal Pension Fund, the SEB Progressive Pension Fund, the SEB Energetic Pension Fund, and the SEB Energetic Pension Fund Index. The amended terms and conditions will enter into force on 2 January 2018.

The terms and conditions and prospectuses were amended in relation to the new Investment Funds Act, in force since 10 January 2017, which, among other things, changed the requirements for the structure and content of the terms and conditions and prospectuses of funds. In addition to implementing new required provisions arising from the law, other amendments were made in the terms and conditions and prospectuses of funds which SEB Varahaldus deems important. Detailed information about all amendments and an evaluation by SEB Varahaldus of the effect of these amendments on unitholders is available on the SEB website at www.seb.ee/fondid.

The amendments in the terms and conditions of funds were coordinated with the Financial Supervision Authority’s decisions No. 4.1-1/146, 4.1-1/147, 4.1-1/148, 4.1-1/149, and 4.1-1/150 from 11 September 2017. The amendments in prospectuses have been submitted to the Financial Supervision Authority for informative purposes. The amended terms and conditions and prospectuses are available on the SEB website at www.seb.ee/fondid and in SEB branches across Estonia. Unitholders have the right to receive explanations about the importance of the amendments in the terms and conditions.
