SEB helps to raise competitiveness of enterprises
This spring, SEB opened its Innovation Centre in Tallinn, with the aim of helping enterprises to advance their business and enhance competitiveness. At the heart of the Innovation Centre lies a special Growth Programme, which helps enterprises to take a step forward in their business pursuits within a period of only three to six months. On 29 September, 12 enterprises will start the Growth Programme.
"The SEB Growth Programme will help bring the globally proven work methods used by start-ups to traditional companies and implement innovation at a rate that is several times faster than what is currently taking place," said Allan Parik, Chairman of the Management Board of SEB.
SEB's partner in the Growth Programme is the European Innovation Academy. The programme consists of five academic sessions, which in turn consist of public practical lectures and workshops.
Topics to be addressed by the Growth Programme:
- Designing growth ambition
- Prototyping, changing the business model, and creating the minimum viable product
- Testing different types of innovation
- Innovation culture
- Creating an open business model
- Preparing a 100-day action plan
Enterprises who participate in the Growth Programme and have an ambition for growth, participate as a team, investing a total of approximately 20 hours of their working time over a period of two months.
