AS SEB Varahaldus notifies about changes in the terms and conditions and prospectus of funds

AS SEB Varahaldus (SEB Varahaldus) notifies about the amendment of the terms and conditions and the prospectus of SEB Balanced Pension Fund and SEB Active Pension Fund. The amended terms and conditions and the prospectus will become effective on 25.11.2017.

The terms and conditions and the prospectus of the funds were changed because of the new Investment Funds Act that entered into force on 10.01.2017. The Act changed, among other things, the requirements for the terms and conditions of the funds as well as for the structure and content of the prospectus. In addition to the amendments made to comply with the new compulsory provisions, other changes will also be made in the terms and conditions and the prospectus of the funds, which are relevant in the opinion of SEB Varahaldus. Due to the above changes, unit holders of the funds have the right to demand the redemption of their units without paying any redemption fees from 24.10.2017 to 24.11.2017 until 4 p.m. Detailed information regarding all changes and the assessment of SEB Varahaldus on their effect on unit holders is available on the SEB web page www.seb.ee/funds.

Changes in the terms and conditions of the funds were approved by the Financial Supervision Authority with decisions no. 4.1-1/176 and 4.1-1/177 of 09.10.2017. The changes in the prospectus were presented to the Financial Supervision Authority for information purposes. The changed terms and conditions and the prospectus are available for review on the SEB web page www.seb.ee/funds and in SEB branches across Estonia. Unit holders have the right to receive explanations about the importance of changes in the relevant terms and conditions.
