Making payments during the holidays (December 2017 –January 2018)
We kindly ask you to pay attention to the times when the payments are made during the holidays.
Transfers within SEB Pank
All payments between the accounts in SEB Pank and Instant payments are as a rule processed immediately, however not exceeding one hour.
European Payments
On 23, 24, 25, and 26 December and 1 January the European payments are not forwarded.
Cross-border payments
On 23, 24, 25, and 26 December and 1 January the Cross-border payments are not forwarded.
Cut-off times for payments
On 22 December the European payments and Cross-border payments are forwarded as on any ordinary working day.
Cross-border payments (except European payments) sent to us on 23, 24, 25, and 26 December will be forwarded by us to correspondent bank as follows:
- Ordinary payment will be forwarded on 29 December;
- Urgent payment will be forwarded on 28 December.
European payments sent to us on 23, 24, 25, and 26 December will be forwarded on 27 December.
Cross-border payments (except European payments) sent to us on 1 January will be forwarded by us to correspondent bank as follows:
- Ordinary payment will be forwarded on 4 January;
- Urgent payment will be forwarded on 3 January.
European payments sent to us on 1 January will be forwarded on 2 January.
We draw your attention to the fact that European payments are forwarded only if entered correctly. It is not possible to cancel payments during Estonian holidays.
Mobile payments are processed also during holidays
Mobile payment is credited immediately to the beneficiary also during the weekends and holidays. Mobile payment can be effected between accounts of banks offering the service (currently SEB and Swedbank). Securities settlements
There will be no securities (shares, bonds, fund units, incl. pension funds) settlements on 23-26 December and 1 January.
We suggest you plan your transactions well ahead and make payments within SEB Pank whenever possible.
