Additional public offering of ARCO VARA shares

The subscription period of the public offering of ARCO VARA additional shares is 29 December 2017 from 9 a.m. to 15 January 2018 until 4 p.m.

Public offering of ARCO VARA additional shares (ISIN EE3808034658) is directed to existing shareholders. The Company will allocate offer shares only to those investors who are entered on the list of the shareholders of the company as of the end of the
working day of the Nasdaq CSD Estonian settlement system on the Record
Date (i.e. on the last day of the offering period). The public offering will be carried out only in Estonia. Shares are offered for the price of 1.50 euros per one offer share, of which 0.70 euros is the nominal value of one offer share and 0.80 euros is the issue premium.
