The Port of Tallinn plans to quote their shares on the Tallinn Stock Exchange
The Port of Tallinn (AS Tallinna Sadam) has announced their plans of holding the first public offering for their shares.
According to information from the Port of Tallinn, the offering is scheduled to begin on 25 May or a date close to that and the estimated duration will be 9 working days. Subscription of shares is without a subsription fee for a client of SEB.
To subscribe for shares, a Baltic securities account (Nasdaq CSD securities account) is needed. A securities account can be opened and shares can be subscribed for in the Internet Bank or at a branch of the bank.
