SEB awarded the Working Remotely 2018 label
International studies indicate that employees with flexible work organisation are satisfied with the balance between their working life and family life. Rapidly developing technology promotes the emergence of a mobile working culture. Innovative companies offer their employees different opportunities for connecting work and private life, for example, a schedule and workplace that are flexible. The goal of the Working Remotely 2018 label is to recognise companies that help their employees to more flexibly organise their working time, thereby increasing people’s satisfaction.
‘The adoption of flexible work forms and conditions created to promote working remotely favour workplace efficiency, which helps with the success of the organisation as well as in shaping the employer’s positive reputation,’ said Allan Parik, Director of SEB Pank.
The application period for the Working Remotely 2018 label was open from 2–20 May. The label is presented to the organisation for a period of three years.
In addition to the Working Remotely label, during the first half of the year SEB has also been awarded the Gold Label for Responsible Entrepreneurship, the ‘Respecting Differences’ quality label, and the title of Estonian TOP 4 ‘Dream Employer’ and ‘Friend of Culture’.
The Working Remotely label is being presented for the second year and the award has been received by 81 companies that offer their employees the option to work remotely.
