Starting from today, consultation at SEB is available even after the working day
From 11 June to the end of the summer, the Private Advisors of SEB are willing to offer comprehensive consultation for clients by means of video call even after the working day. The last video call of the evening can be scheduled to start at 7 p.m. To have a video consultation in the evening, you will have to make an appointment on the website of SEB or by calling 665 5100.
Triin Raudsepp, head of SEB’s private client segment: ‘Video calls have been implemented for a little over a year now and they are an excellent example of how the bank is moving closer to clients, wherever they may be. For that reason, we are testing a wider service availability. Initially, the evening time will be made available for the summer, but if the clients show interest, we will consider continuing it.’
SEB’s video call is the easiest and fastest way of getting in contact with your bank. You can open an account for your child or your business or receive a comprehensive consultation via video call. Since the service was started, it has been used for nearly 1,000 times. The future goal of SEB is to start providing this service for people who are wishing to become clients of SEB.
For a video call, you need an SEB Internet Bank agreement for private individuals, a modern means of authentication (ID-card or mobile-ID), and a computer with a web camera and a microphone.
