Notice to SEB Fund 3 - SEB Technology Fund unitholders

We wish to inform you that SEB Fund 3 - SEB Technology Fund will merge with SEB Teknologifond.

SEB Fund 3 - SEB Technology Fund, including its assets and liabilities, will be absorbed by SEB Teknologifond. When the merger is completed, SEB Technology Fund will cease to exist. The Merger will take effect on 13 May 2019 and  the new fund name will be SEB Teknologifond.

Merger affects SEB Technology Fund unit classes C and D, for which ISIN will change:

• C (USD), LU0427864466 new ISIN SE0011644335
• D (USD), LU0047324487 new ISIN SE0011644343

Expenses related to the merger will be borne by  SEB Investment Management AB and the merger will not affect unitholders or the value of your investment. SEB Fund 3 - SEB Technology Fund is domiciled in Luxembourg and SEB Teknologifond is domiciled in Sweden which makes this a cross border merger

After the merger AS SEB Pank will no longer intermediate SEB Teknologifond, which means you can not buy new SEB Teknologifund units. You can only submit redemption orders

If you do not wish to be included in the Merger you are entitled to request, free of charge, the redemption of SEB Technology fund units or switch your units with another fund registered in Luxembourg until 2 May 2019 14.00. You will find fund list here.
