SEB’s Kuressaare branch will be closed until 31 March
Due to the increased risk of infection, SEB’s Kuressaare branch will be closed until 30 March, and customers will be served via digital channels and video counselling.
‘We want to protect the health of SEB’s customers and employees and the people around them, so we recommend making transactions in our digital channels instead of going to your branch office. Most daily banking transactions (such as payments, checking your account balance, ordering a bank card) can be done via the Internet Bank and/or the mobile application. The most convenient way to open a current account and consult on investment or home loan issues is to use our video call solution,’ said Sille Hallang, Head of private customers banking at SEB.
Our video call counsellors can provide advice on loans, savings, pension, investment, and life insurance products, open an account, order a card, help you sign an Internet Bank agreement, and resolve your business issues. Other remote channels are open for customers as well, including SEB’s Customer Support, which is open 24/7 for ongoing and urgent questions, phone 665 5100, e-mail (info@seb.ee), as well as the chatbot, which is available on the website.
More information on all SEB banking products and services as well as video call registration are available on the website (https://www.seb.ee/eng). We recommend that you call customer support at 665 5100 to change your pre-arranged consultations.
