Notice to shareholders of SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Alternative Fixed Income Markets Fund
SEB Investment Management AB has decided to suspend all trades with fund SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Alternative Fixed Income as of March 16, 2020. Trading with sub-fund is suspended at least until March 25, 2020, when the Extraordinary General Meeting of SEB Investment Management AB is held, where will be decided initiation of the liquidation process of the sub-fund.
Therefore, during this period, investors are not able to buy, sell or switch their units. Additionally, all fund saving orders will be canceled.
