New payment solution by SEB and EveryPay helps to launch online shops faster
SEB has developed a payment solution with EveryPay that helps sellers launch their online shops faster and makes the management of payments easier. A single contract with an online seller includes payment links to local banks, card payments, and PayPal. Transactions can be made with all buyers regardless of the bank they use.
“As a part of open banking, we are having cross-Baltic cooperation with the Estonian financial technology undertaking EveryPay, which enables us to provide our business clients with a convenient and effective solution for receiving payments. The solution that has grown out of Estonia is a worthy match to the world's most popular ones, with the advantage of local professional user support. Following the global trends in the world of payments, the main keywords are recurring payments, automatic payment for regular services, and the so-called invisible payments within services,” said Ainar Leppänen, the Head of Retail Banking, commenting on the collaboration of SEB and EveryPay.
The SEB e-business payment solution offers a single contract with an e-merchant that includes both bank links for local banks, as well as card payments; it is also possible to add PayPal payments. For entrepreneurs, the solution comes with effective payment management and smooth integration with the existing online shop systems.
The solution is also technically simple - in addition to the API interface, it can also be linked with the free modules of the most popular e-commerce platforms, for instance, OpenCart, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento or Magento2.
