SEB launched a service to help you manage day-to-day financial matters remotely
Due to the spread of the coronavirus and the need to protect the health of both clients and employees, SEB has launched a service for managing day-to-day financial matters via a video call. The new service will enable clients to manage their day-to-day financial affairs with the help of video consultations and avoid visiting branch offices. In order to use the service, a person must have a valid Internet Bank agreement and the possibility to give digital signatures.
‘Despite the fact that the amount of clients visiting our branch offices has decreased by about half in recent weeks, the number of visitors is still quite high for an emergency situation. Most of the visitors are elderly clients. We offer our new video consultation service to help clients with their daily financial matters in the course of one session. We hope that this will help us reduce the number of person-to-person contacts during nationwide quarantine. For our part, we are doing everything we can to help and support our clients during this difficult time,’ said Sille Hallang, Head of SEB’s Private Banking division.
You can register for a consultation on day-to-day financial matters on the SEB website by filling in the registration form. More information on all SEB banking products and services as well as video call registration are available on the website. We recommend that you call customer support at 665 5100 to change your pre-arranged consultations or to register for an unavoidable visit to a branch office.
All SEB branch offices will transition to pre-registered customer service from 1 April. At the moment, only SEB’s offices in Kuressaare and Võru are closed.
