SEB will redirect last year’s profits towards supporting clients
The Supervisory Board of SEB Pank has decided to not pay dividends for the economic results of 2019, thereby further strengthening the capital of the bank and its capability to support people taking out loans in the changing economic environment.
‘SEB is a very well capitalised bank and the decision to not pay dividends for last year adds further strength to the bank’s position. The economic environment has changed very quickly and we wish to be as ready as possible to support our clients – be it by granting new loans or overcoming temporary payment difficulties of existing loans. We will use the bank’s 100-million profit of last year to provide additional support to our clients as well as the economy in general in these highly difficult times,’ said Allan Parik, Chairman of the Management Board of SEB Pank.
SEB encourages clients to use banking services via digital channels and contact the SEB Customer Support at 665 5100 with any questions.
