SEB card payment errors at Alexela automatic petrol stations
If you have used an SEB bank card at an Alexela automatic petrol station on 28–30 September, please check the amount reserved in your account.
Since the evening of 28 September, there have been interruptions in SEB card payments at Alexela automatic petrol stations. The error is related to reserved amounts, which are normally released upon final confirmation of the transaction.
If you notice an extra reserved amount in your account related to refuelling, please let us know by calling SEB customer support at 665 5100 or dispute the reservation at the SEB Internet Bank.
The errors occurred due to the transition of SEB to a new payment system.
