Notice to the unitholders of SEB Fund 2 – SEB Russia Fund, SEB SICAV 1 – SEB Eastern Europe Ex Russia Fund and SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Eastern Europe Small & Mid Cap Fund
The Merger will be achieved by absorption. When the merger is implemented, SEB Russia Fund and SEB Eastern Europe Ex Russia Fund will no longer exist. The Merger will take place from 25 June until 2 July 2021.
We wish to inform you that SEB Fund 2 – SEB Russia Fund and SEB SICAV 1 – SEB Eastern Europe Ex Russia Fund will be merged with SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Eastern Europe Small & Mid Cap Fund.

Unitholders of SEB Russia Fund and SEB Eastern Europe Ex Russia Fund who do not wish to be included in the Merger are entitled to request, the redemption of their shares until 25th June 2021 14.00 (EET).
Unitholders of SEB Eastern Europe Small & Mid Cap Fund who do not wish to be included in the Merger are entitled to request, the redemption of their shares until 1 July 2021 until 14:00 (EET).
