A motor third party liability insurance contract constitutes an obligatory liability insurance of the possessor of the vehicle.
All vehicles entered in the Traffic Register must have motor third party liability insurance.

Kasko Premium
- All-risk insurance

- Lease value insurance (vehicle up to seven years old, indemnity limit up to 50,000 euros)
- Deductible in the case of hitting an animal or bird is 0 euros
- Repair of window glass without a deductible
- Optional deductible when replacing window glass
- Compensation of vehicle keys in case of their theft, loss or damage
- One set of stored tires and wheels up to 5,000 euros
- Carry-cots, roof rails, and roof boxes installed in the vehicle or attached to the vehicle are insured to the extent of the sum insured
- Bicycles attached to the vehicle are insured against the risk of an accident and a traffic accident to the extent of the sum insured for accessories

The terms and conditions are valid for quotes issued and contracts entered into as of 28.04.2023. You can see the conditions applicable to the comprehensive insurance contract concluded before 28.04.2023 in the issued policy. The terms and conditions can be found on the PZU website.
Motor third party liability insurance is required for participating in traffic
All vehicles entered in the Traffic Register must have motor third party liability insurance. A motor third party liability insurance contract constitutes an obligatory liability insurance of the possessor of the vehicle and it is governed by the Motor Third Party Liability Insurance Act. In the case of a traffic accident or another insured event, the insurer will indemnify the proprietary and personal damage caused by the possessor of the vehicle to the other persons involved in a traffic accident.
- Policy can be concluded with a term up to 1 year and either as automatically renewable or automatically non-renewable agreement
- Under the automatically renewable motor third party liability insurance agreement, the vehicle is always covered with insurance and you do not have to do anything at the end of the one-year policy period. Before the end of the validity term, the policyholder receives a new policy
- Automatically non-renewable contract ends upon expiry of the yearly insurance period and a new motor third party liability insurance agreement must be removed from the insurance cover
- Provides insurance cover in the European Economic Area and other countries who have joined the green card system
