Contracts entered into between the European Investment Fund (EIF) and SEB enable us to provide loans and leasing services to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The Guarantee is provided with the ultimate purpose of enhancing access to finance in line with defined policy objectives.
