How will your internship look like?

Five weeks of your time will be devoted for tasks at the bank

  • You’ll work at one of the bank's units and address actual challenges that will help you to acquire professional skills
  • You'll have a personal mentor to take care of your activities and development
  • You'll collaborate with and learn from professionals experienced in various areas
  • You will find inspiration from learnings in our virtual university SEB Campus, meet-ups with colleagues and internal employee events

For one week, you will be designing new solutions

  • A week full of workshops, brainstorming sessions and various collaboration activities
  • During the week you will learn of design thinking methods and get to know new useful tools
  • As a part of a Baltic intern´ team, you will  shape the future banking by working internationally
  • You will compete with other teams for the title of the best team

Road to internship

  1. The application for Youth LAB is open until March 9. 
  2. In application you will need to add your CV and answer to some questions in written form.
  3. After receiving your application, we will carefully look trough it and we will make an initial selection. Therefore, please take time to answer all the questions, add your CV and if you have cover letter, include this also. 
  4. We might use Alva Labs psychometric test as a tool in our candidate selection process. 
  5. Successful candidates will be invited to individual or group interviews with hiring managers during March and April.  
  6. After the interviews, we will be signing the contracts with the final candidates.
  7. The official opening event of the Youth LAB will take place on July 2.

In order to apply,
you have to:

  • be a student in higher educational institution​
  • be willing to learn and develop
  • be able to dedicate full workdays during the six weeks (or more) in July and August
  • have an opportunity to work from office. Some departments allow hybrid work, however, we are firm believers in the fact that on site, you learn incomparably more
