The SEB Salary Payment Service

Payment Service, offered in collaboration between SEB and the Tax and Customs Board (MTA), offers an automated process to solopreneurs to streamline the filing of the "Declaration of Income and Social Tax, Unemployment Insurance Premiums, and Contributions to Mandatory Funded Pension" (TSD).

Salary payment enables to make 6 types of payments, calculate taxes and send information to the tax declaration automatically.

How to activate the service?


To sign Terms and Conditions (T&C) and activate the service, a user type should be set to "Administrator". To start using the Salary payment, you need the Company's reference number, which you can find at the e-MTA.

Who can make Salary Payment?


The representative of the company who has authorised access to the e-MTA and have Accountant's package right. To approve payment in the internet bank a user should have "Make payments" right and full authorisation for signing.

How the Salary Payment works?

Fill in the Salary Payment Form

Select from 6 common payroll payments: salary, dividend, sickness benefit, management board members’ fees, the minimum social tax obligation, and payments for the services of contractors.

Taxes are calculated and paid automatically

Fill out the form and once you enter the payment information for a respective payment type, we forward it to MTA to calculate the taxes on the fly.
Choose whether to automatically initiate tax payment to MTA or manually create tax payment using e-MTA.

Information is added to the Tax Declaration

Tax information is added to the tax declaration automatically. If any changes need to be made later, you can change and re-file it in e-MTA.
