Suitable for a company that sends no more than five invoices in a month. The package does not include sending invoices to other banks' online banks. If you want to send more than 5 invoices per month, you should exchange the Basic package for the Premium package.

Premium package

  • All the Basic package services, plus:
  • Sending invoices to other banks’ internet bank
  • File upload and download
  • Application Programming Interface (API) - enabling automatic connection between accounting software and the portal
  • Possibility to add logo on invoice

Suitable for a company that sends more than 5 invoices monthly, often to other banks’ Internet banks and finds automated solutions important.. The package contains up to 30 invoices per month. Each subsequent invoice costs 0,24 euros + VAT.

We have been running a building materials store for 25 years and we use the Unifiedpost solution to send invoices to state-owned companies. It is a simple and reliable solution that automatically finds the recipient’s address. I could not believe how simple it is to send goods! There are also no complaints from the other party – the recipient of the invoice.

"Our Finnish customer required e-invoices"

We send e-invoices via the online portal of SEB Pank. We could have used another portal but it was the only available option at the time and there is no reason for change now. E-invoices were required by a Finnish customer and later also by an Estonian customer. There will probably be many others. Initially, it was not possible to send e-invoices outside Estonia, so sending invoices to the Finnish customer was quite an undertaking. We have not received such requests from other countries but I believe that we probably will – hopefully, this solution will also work with customers from other countries.
