Digital signing in Google Chrome may be disturbed

Last Tuesday, 14 April, Google Chrome updated its Chrome web browser. In order to provide digital signature in Chrome version 42, the ID card software has to be updated.

The most recent version of ID software can be downloaded from the website of the Certification Centre at http://installer.id.ee. An alternative is to use either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. When using Mobile ID, it is not necessary to upgrade the digital signing software.
