You have had a trauma that you can prove with an emergency room (ER) document, and

You have an SEB service plan with instant trauma insurance.
- You have become unemployed, and
- You have unemployment cover in your Loan Protection Insurance agreement
- You have had a trauma or injury
- You have fallen ill
- You have become disabled or have reduced work ability
- Someone close to you has died

If you are unable to submit a claim online and need to do it in person, you can submit a claim at any SEB branch office.
