A Chinese Yuan (CNY) account can only be opened for legal entities at the branch.
Chinese banks require certain codes to be used to process payments. If the required codes are not used, the beneficiary's bank may refuse to accept the payment order or refuse to transfer money to the beneficiary's account and SEB Pank doesn’t take responsibility for that.
As of January 2022, the following codes are in use:
CCDNDR | Charity Donation |
CCTFDR | Cross-border capital transfer |
CGODDR | Cross-border goods trade |
COCADR | Other current account transactions |
CSTRDR | Cross-border service trade |

NB! There may be more required codes and they may change over time.
