A special collection of
Estonian photography
on Picture cards

Picture card

Paragraphs

An exclusive special collection has been added to the gallery of SEB’s Picture Cards. The works of four renowned Estonian photographers offer something for every photography lover. You will find breathtaking drone shots by Kaupo Kalda, playful fashion shoots by Kalle Veesaar, the artistic approach of Sigrid Viir, and the architectural photography of Tõnu Tunnel. All of the bank cards are signed by the artists, so now you can put a little piece of precious art in your wallet.

We are replacing our plastic cards with a more environmentally-friendly solution: corn-based plastic will now comprise 84% of the card material.

We can send the card to your residential address, office address or elsewhere in Estonia or abroad, wherever you usually stay or prefer to receive the card at. Sending by ordinary mail in Estonia is free. There is a fee for sending the card to the parcel machine. For minors and owners of the Youth Plan, sending to parcel machines is free of charge. For owners of the Youth Plan, sending cards both via regular mail and to parcel machines is free of charge.

You can view your card’s PIN code in the Internet Bank section "Cards" → "My cards" → "View PIN code".

Yes. You can change the PIN code by using an ATM of SEB.

If you forgot your card in the ATM or if the ATM confiscated your card, please block your card and order a replacement. You can block the card:

  • in the mobile app (‘Cards’ → ‘Card’ → ‘Block’ → ‘Lost’)
  • in the Internet Bank (‘Cards’ → ‘My Cards’ → ‘Block card’ → ‘Lost’)
  • by calling the SEB customer support at +372 665 5100 (24/7)

A maximum daily limit for cash withdrawal at an ATM by a debit card is 3500 euros.

Currently, it is only possible to buy a 1-hour ticket from the validator with a bank card, you cannot buy a discount ticket, nor can you prove the right to ride for free with a bank card. As the vast majority of ISIC card holders have either the right to discount tickets or even the right to ride for free, in order to avoid mistaken full ticket purchases, it is not possible to use ISIC bank cards issued in Estonia to purchase tickets from validators. However, these cards can still be used in the old way – to prove the right to ride, to deposit money onto the card used in public transport and to buy tickets with that money.

A bank card ordered by mail or a parcel machine in Estonia will arrive within 5-6 working days. If the card is sent to another country, then delivery can take up to 14 working days (depending on the country).

For credit cards, an additional processing time of up to 5 working days could be applied.
