Kapitel will develop new office and production unit for Europe’s leading producer of customized ingredient solutions Solina to Gate Tallinn industrial park

Kapitel Logistics’ subsidiary Laagri Logistika will develop new office, factory, warehouse, product development kitchen and laboratory for Saue Production, a subsidiary of Europe’s leading producer of customized ingredient solutions Solina, to Gate Tallinn industrial park in Saue parish. A-energy class building with solar park will be developed in accordance with sustainability certificate BREEAM New Construction level “Very Good” and will be leased by Kapitel to Solina for 20 years. The building with gross area of over 15 000m2 will be built by Eventus Ehitus and will be completed in the summer of 2024.

Solina is international food industry group, which produces ingredient solutions in 38 factories throughout the world to such renowned brands as McDonald’s, KFC, Taco Bell and employes more than 3400 people. The group’s turnover in 2022 exceeded 1,2bEUR. The main partners of Solina’s Estonian production unit are leading Scandinavian food industries, which means that over 90% of the product is exported. Project is financed by SEB Pank, owner’s supervisor is Inseneribüroo Telora, broker Uusmaa and BREEAM consultant Vesta Consulting.
