Notice on Public offering of AB “INVALDA INVL” bonds

The subscription period for the bonds of AB “INVALDA INVL” started on 3 June 2024 at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 12 June 2024 at 12:30. Bond’s nominal value is 1000 EUR each, the maturity date of 14 June 2024. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and bonds are also offered to professional investors registered in the European Union.
