Notice on Public Offering of Bonds of Liven AS
Liven AS announced a public offering of Bonds. Liven offers publicly unsecured subordinated bonds of Liven with the name of „Liven AS võlakiri 9% 190325 märkimine ”, with the nominal value of EUR 1,000 each. The subscription period for the bonds started on 4 March 2025 at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 13 March 2025 at 15.00. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia.
