Notice on Public offering of additional Eleving Group shares
The subscription period for the shares of Eleving Group started on 23 September 2024 at 11:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 8 October 2024 at 15:00. Subscription orders can be submitted at a price of EUR 1.85 per share.
Public offering of Eleving Group shares is directed to all natural and legal persons in Estonia, who have a securities account registered in Nasdaq CSD Estonian settlement system.
