Notice on Public offering of additional UAB Sostinės Bokštai bonds

The subscription period for the bonds of UAB Sostinės Bokštai started on 19 August 2024 at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 04 September 2024 at 15:00. Bond’s nominal value is 1000 EUR each and twice a year paid annual interest rate on the nominal value equal to 6% (fixed) + 6M EURIBOR (variable) per annum. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia.
