Notice on Public offering of REFI ENERGY, UAB bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of REFI ENERGY, UAB started on 4 February 2025 at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 17 February 2025 at 12:30. Bond’s nominal value is 1000 EUR each, the maturity date of 20 February 2025. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and bonds are also offered to professional investors registered in the European Union.
