Notice on Public offering of UAB VANAGAS ASSET MANAGEMENT bonds

The subscription period for the bonds of UAB VANAGAS ASSET MANAGEMENT started on 2 April 2025 at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 16 April 2025 at 15:00. Bond’s nominal value is 1000 EUR each, the maturity date of 18 April 2025. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and bonds are also offered to professional investors registered in the European Union.
