Notice to the unitholders of SEB SICAV 2 - SEB Eastern Europe Small & Mid Cap Fund
We wish to inform you that the fund manager SEB Investment Management has decided, on 28 February 2022, to suspend trading with SEB SICAV 2 - SEB Eastern Europe Small & Mid Cap Fund fund units. The reason is that SEB Investment Management AB cannot ensure a correct valuation of the fund's holdings due to turbulent times on the world market.
Transactions placed in the fund before 14:00 on 28 February 2022 will be executed when the fund opens for trading again. Transactions placed after 14:00 on 28 February will be cancelled.
It is not possible to buy, sell or switch from March 1, 2022 SEB Eastern Europe Small & Mid Cap Fund fund units. The purchase transactions of the fund savings standing order will not be executed starting from 01.03.2022.
