Public offering of Coop Pank AS

The subscription period of the public offering of the shares of Coop Pank AS started on 15 November 2022 at 10 a.m and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 29 November 2022 at 3:30 p.m.

Public offering of Coop Pank AS (ISIN EE380G007850) shares is directed to all natural and legal investors in Estonia. A person is considered to be “in Estonia” if such person has a securities account opened in the Nasdaq CSD (i.e SEB customer has a Baltic securities account) and the address related to the securities account is in Estonia or the person has an Estonian business register code (in the case of legal entity). 

The shareholders of Coop Pank entered in the shareholders’ register of Coop Pank as at the end of the business day of the settlement system of the Estonian Securities Register on 15 November 2022 have the pre-emptive right to subscribe for Offer Shares in proportion to the book value of the relevant shareholder’s shares.
