AS SEB Pank changes its terms and conditions of securities account and transactions

The amendments to the terms and conditions of securities account and transactions will enter into force on 1 January 2024 and shall be applicable to all agreements valid at that moment.

New terms and conditions of securities account and transactions are available as of 30 November 2023 in all SEB offices and on the website.

Clients who accepts the changes do not have to do anything extra. If the changes are unacceptable, clients have the right to terminate their agreement with the bank by 29 December 2023 at the latest. If we have not received a notice for terminating the agreement, we will assume acceptance and apply the new terms and conditions of securities account and transactions as of 1 January 2024.
