Notice on Public Offering of Orkela UAB bonds
Orkela UAB announced a public offering of Orkela UAB’s bonds. Orkela UAB offers publicly up to 4000 bonds of Orkela UAB with the name of “UAB Orkela Obligacijos 6% 191125 IPO (LT0000405961)”, with the nominal value of EUR 1,000 each, the maturity date of 19 November 2025 and a half-yearly paid fixed interest rate of 6% per annum. The subscription period for the bonds started on 16 November 2023 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 27 November 2023 at 15:00. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia.
