Notice to the unitholders of SEB Strategy Fund – SEB Strategy Balanced
We wish to inform you that between November 4 to 15, 2021 SEB Strategy Fund – SEB Strategy Balanced will be merged with SEB Active 30.
The Merger will be achieved by absorption. When the merger is implemented, SEB Strategy Balanced will no longer exist.

As of 15 November 2021, due to the terms and conditions of the standing payment order for fund saving agreement, your fund savings in SEB Strategy Balanced fund will go to SEB Active 30, if you do not cancel the fund savings standing order before 15th November 14:00.
Unitholders of SEB Strategy Balanced Fund, who do not wish to be included in the Merger, are entitled to request, the redemption (ie submit sales order to the bank) of their shares until November 2021 14.00. Unitholders, who do not redeem their units in the merging sub fund before cut-off time 14.00 on 4 November 2021, will automatically receive units in the receiving fund SEB Active 30.
It is not possible to buy, sell or switch from November 4 to November 14 SEB Strategy Balanced Fund units. Also, the purchase transactions of the fund savings standing order falling during this period will not be executed or postponed. As of November 15, it is possible to trade only with the SEB Active 30 fund units.
If you have received our advice to invest in SEB Strategy subfund, please note that, as explained in more detail in this publication, each SEB Strategy subfund (Defensive, Balanced, Opportunity, Growth) will be merged to a specific SEB Active subfund (respectively Active 20, Active 30, Active 55, Active 80).
